Welcome to the Self-Love Workshop! We will be doing self love practices together and learning how to incorporate these very important habits in to your daily routine. If you know you are supposed to love yourself, but don't know exactly what that would even look like, you are not alone! It takes learning and intentional practice to make self love a real thing in your life. Once you have this down, however, you will find so much transformation in every area of your life. Just by showing up to this events you are already on the path to a more loving relationship with yourself and the world around you!
