Welcome to Aligning the Chakras Workshop!
In this first of the monthly series of Chakras Workshops, we will be talking about the 7 basic chakras, and their functions. We will cover what is likely to happen when each one is out of alignment, techniques and practices to keep them in alignment, and a meditation for that.
Following this workshop, there will be individual Chakra Alignment workshops on the first Saturday of every month.
